We operate a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled quality assurance lab where we conduct rigorous product testing, verification, capability studies, first article and AQL inspections.
We use a wide range of gauges (bore, height, feeler, thread, surface roughness), array of micrometers and calipers for parts’ dimension and tolerance verification, at each every stage of our production process. Our team also goes beyond manual measuring instruments. We utilize visual inspection system and advanced inspection equipment. We carry out first off, in process and last off inspection throughout a batch. These equipment and processes will ensure your parts are delivered error free - the first time.
CMM INSPECTION

Your parts’ critical dimension like flatness and parallelism needs to be fully assured, sometimes nevertheless, the measurement report from your machining partner is just not reassuring.
With the coordinate measuring machine ZEISS SPECTRUM installed with VAST XXT tactile sensors, you can count on us for your parts precision with trusted results, MPE (maximum permissible error) down to 1.9 um.
